What You'll Do
As an LPN, you'll play an essential role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Promote a safe, positive, and respectful environment for residents and staff
QualificationsRequired
- Current Florida LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
Preferred
- Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or other electronic medical record systems
Schedule
- Full-Time
- 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Weekend and holiday rotation as scheduled
