Weekend Cook (Part-Time) — FH Brunch Factory

FH Brunch Factory is Farmington Hills' destination for scratch-made breakfast and brunch. We run a fast, high-volume kitchen where quality and speed both matter. We're building a team of professionals who take pride in their craft — and we pay and train accordingly.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable cook to anchor our weekend line during our busiest service days. For those interested, additional weekday shifts may become available, including occasional call-off coverage — a great way to pick up extra hours if you want them, but not required.
What You'll Do
- Run the line during high-volume Saturday/Sunday breakfast and brunch service
- Execute eggs to order and master griddle work — pancakes, French toast, waffles, hash browns, breakfast meats
- Manage multiple tickets while hitting ticket-time targets
- Maintain a clean, organized station and follow food safety standards (ServSafe practices, proper temps, FIFO rotation)
- Communicate clearly with the Kitchen Manager and team
What We're Looking For
- Line cook experience in a high-volume breakfast/brunch kitchen preferred
- Solid egg and griddle skills — you'll cook during your interview
- Reliability, especially on weekends — this role has no backup coverage
- ServSafe certification a plus
