Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
Ensure full OSHA and BAAQMD compliance
Prepare vehicle repairs for the refinishing process
Perform correct Repair procedures to assure appearance, durability and performance as to standards set by automotive industries
Perform high quality repair work
Maintain equipment, supplies and housekeeping immediate work area
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
Monthly CSI and production KPI
Level of engagement and productivity
Minimum of 1 year work experience in an auto body shop
Minimum Requirements:
Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
Some ICAR training
