Production Manager
Location: Boynton Beach, FL (In-person)
Base Salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year (depending on experience and performance)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day shift | Weekends off

Brilliance.com is looking for someone who can take ownership of our production process and keep everything running smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands-on Production Manager role where you'll be involved in both the day-to-day production workflow and the larger process of keeping our team, vendors, and products moving efficiently.
We're looking for someone who is ready to grow into the role and take on increasing responsibility. You don't need years of management experience to succeed here. A strong background in jewelry is preferred, but we're also open to candidates coming from manufacturing, operations, fulfillment, or other hands-on production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full production process, from sample development to final delivery
- Work closely with jewelers to create and improve samples, making sure quality standards are met
- Manage production schedules, inventory needs, and pre-production planning
- Stay closely involved in the day-to-day production workflow, including reviewing invoices, matching components and parts, organizing items, and making sure products move through each stage correctly
- Check samples and finished pieces to make sure everything is correct before it moves forward
- Coordinate with vendors on pricing, timelines, and expectations
- Keep production documentation organized and up to date
- Work with the Sales team to make sure production aligns with demand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and production partners
- Identify production issues and help find practical solutions to keep work moving efficiently
Requirements
- Experience in jewelry, manufacturing, production, fulfillment, operations, or a similar hands-on environment
- Jewelry industry experience is preferred, but not required
- Previous production management experience or similar is a plus, but we're open to someone ready to step into their first Production Manager role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of quality
- Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive, and process-driven work as part of the daily production workflow
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt when things change
- Experience with tech packs and production documentation is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of the production process
