Complex Behavior Team
Are you passionate about working with learners with behavioral challenges and looking for an opportunity to do meaningful clinical work?
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Complex Behavior Team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and build an innovative program focused on providing therapeutic behavioral support to students with complex learning needs while implementing Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) and contemporary, compassionate behavior analytic practices.
This position offers a small caseload and the opportunity to focus on clinical quality, staff development, and meaningful outcomes.

Position Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement and oversee Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) programming
- Train, mentor, and supervise a dedicated team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and other service providers
- Monitor client progress and make data-based treatment decisions
- Provide consultation and support during behavioral crises when needed
- Assist in the continued development and refinement of the Complex Behavior Program
- Participate in program planning, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Current COBA
- Experience working with behavioral challenges preferred
- Experience with SBT, PFA, and FCT preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for innovative and compassionate behavioral treatment
- Desire to help build and shape a growing program

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
