Brand Dental is a growing, family-owned dental practice looking for a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our awesome team in our modern, state-of-the-art office on Market Street in Kingston.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be one of the primary points of contact for our patients and help ensure that every interaction with our office is friendly, professional, and efficient.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting, checking in, and checking out patients
- Answering incoming phone calls in a friendly and timely manner
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Coordinating patient care and helping maintain an efficient schedule
- Verifying dental insurance benefits and patient information
- Collecting and processing patient payments
- Maintaining accurate electronic patient records
- Communicating with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and general office questions
- Working closely with our doctors, hygienists, assistants, and other front desk team members
- Assisting with various administrative duties throughout the office
- Helping ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they contact our office
The ideal candidate:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and dependable
- Has strong computer skills and is comfortable learning new software
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can multitask and remain composed in a busy, high-volume environment
- Works well as part of a team
- Is flexible and willing to help wherever needed
- Is eager to learn and grow within their position and the practice
Previous dental office experience and dental knowledge are a plus, but not required for the right candidate with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
