Seeking PRN Physical Therapist (PT) primarily for Tue/Thur who is interested in providing exceptional, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic in Frederick County, Maryland.
Educational Qualifications
A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
License
Qualified candidates should have an active, good standing, Maryland Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Lymphedema certification preferred
Responsibilities include:
Clinic Specializes in Lymphedema therapy- training will be provided
- Evaluation and treatment of patients with lymphedema
- Creates patient treatment plans and procedures
- Ensures proper documentation to be in compliance with insurance and local, state, and national laws.
- Must be able and willing to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards of the organization.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, providers, and co-workers.
