Overview
We are looking to take our next step as a growing company with additional management rolls being added on. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse and Customer Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations and a key point of contact for customers. Experience and knowledge in the HVAC field a must.
Responsibilities
- Assisting walk-in customers with new orders.
- Accurately pulling and preparing orders.
- Invoicing outgoing orders.
- Oversee all outgoing and incoming deliveries.
- Track inventory and stock levels.
- Identify shortages and coordinate with production to replenish stock/order fulfilment
- Train and manger new warehouse staff members as we grow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies like lean or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with inventory control, procurement, shipping & receiving, materials management, and warehouse distribution.
- Excellent leadership skills with supervising experience in fast-paced environments; ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
- Technical proficiency in forklift operation certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities including demand planning, production planning, and supply chain coordination.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs+ with frequent bending, twisting, climbing a ladder and prolonged periods of time on your feet.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
