TITLE: Pool and Commons Attendant
DEPARTMENT: Housekeeping
REPORTS TO: Executive Housekeeper
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain has an exciting opportunity available for the summer season 2026. This position is in the hospitality sector, focusing on customer service that provides an extraordinary experience for our owners and guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Pool and Commons Attendant is a highly visible, guest‑facing role responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and an exceptional experience around the pool, hot tubs, and adjacent common areas. This seasonal position is ideal for high school or college students seeking summer employment. Uniform apparel will be provided.
Primary Functions
- Monitor pool area to ensure guest safety and compliance with safety regulations.
- Tidy Pool furniture frequently
- Pick up towels from pool deck
- Stock towel tracker system
- Monitor the pools and hot tubs for glass, and other minor tasks as needed
- Frequent checks of backyard activity area
Secondary Functions
- Empty trash receptacles
- Wash windows
- Monitor common areas such as game room and lower-level restrooms
- Assist as needed on movie nights with set up and break down

- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended period of time
- Strong attention to detail to maintaining a clean environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests

WORK SCHEDULE:
Saturdays and Sundays 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 PM
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently Enrolled in High School or College
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Ability to Commute:
- Lincoln, NH 03251 (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Lincoln, NH 03251: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
