Job Summary:
The Body Shop Technician is responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition following accidents or damage. This role requires technical skills in body repair, painting, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Assessment:

Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.

Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.

Repair and Restoration:

Perform bodywork, including removing dents, repairing panels, and replacing damaged parts.

Utilize various tools and equipment to complete repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Painting and Finishing:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking.

Apply paint and clear coat, ensuring a smooth and even finish.

Quality Control:

Conduct final inspections to ensure repairs meet company standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications:
