Behavioral Health Associate role is to support clinicians in providing behavioral health services,
assisting with the delivery of skills training and case management services to support clients in
achieving their treatment goals and build social connections and access community resources. The
associate participates in Feedback-Informed Treatment (FIT) training and applies FIT to incorporate
client feedback, enhancing service engagement and quality of care. Works closely with other
members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, therapists and community health workers,
to provide comprehensive care to clients.
Qualifications: Education and experience necessary to obtain QMHA (Qualified Mental Health
Associate) certification. Bilingual in English and either Vietnamese, Korean, or Chinese.
Pay Range: $24- $27 per hour
