Take Flight Restaurant Group is seeking a talented Pastry/Prep/Line Cook to join our team.
Our ideal candidate has had several years of experience in the food service industry with
scratch made production and plating. Our restaurant group has several properties and
our daily production needs include bakery items, plated desserts, chocolate
work, and decorated cakes. We also serve breakfast and lunch items including breakfast
sandwiches, avocado toast, and salads.
This position reports to the Executive Pastry Chef and will be responsible for preparing
and baking food items according to recipes and quality standards. You will work closely
with the kitchen staff as well as independently to prepare food. Weekend and early
morning availability is required. We are looking for someone who is interested in
growing and developing their skills over the coming years with our company.
Qualified applicants will be asked to work a one shift stage in order to properly assess
their kitchen skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
