We are looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team! The DON role will be responsible for maintaining quality care for our residents, as well as over seeing our clinical team, and ensuring we stay in compliance with all State and Federal regulation.
We are looking for a candidate that possesses strong leadership skills, is a critical thinker, has a comprehensive knowledge of Long Term Care, understands the clinical complexity of today's market, and the ability to educate and lead their team.
The facility has been newly renovated. We also have a fully staffed, exceptional team of nurse management and charge staff.

Responsibilities:
- Lead nursing and clinical team in providing quality care for our residents.
- Educate and train staff on all policies and procedures for the facility.
- Maintain accurate and updated records for all regulatory agencies and organization guidelines.
- Ensure we are operating within in all State and Federal guidelines.
Director of Nursing Requirements and Skills:
- Must possess current RN license in the state of Arkansas
- 2 years experience working as DON- Strongly preferred, but not required.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work as a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Work timely and efficiently on all assigned tasks

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
