A Clear Career Path
We offer a structured three-tier career pathway for professionals at every stage:
● Tier 1: LMHP (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) – Fully licensed professionals.
● Tier 2: LMHP-R/S (LPC-R, LCSW-S, LMFT-R) – Enrolled with the VA Board of Counseling, working under supervision.
● Tier 3: LMHP-Eligible – Have a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Must meet the criteria to be able to register with the Virginia Board of Counseling for clinical supervision working towards becoming fully licensed.

What You’ll Do
● Maintain a caseload of clients, conducting clinical services from intake to discharge.
● Utilize the ASAM Criteria to conduct comprehensive initial assessments, reassessments, and psychosocial evaluations.
● Develop individualized treatment, recovery, and discharge plans in collaboration with clients.
● Complete weekly psychotherapy sessions.
● Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines (e.g., HIPAA).
● Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education to maintain professional competency.
● Implement evidence-based practices and curriculum to deliver high-quality care.
● Collaborate with community partners to ensure person-centered, holistic support.
