Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Lash Technician, Esthetician, or Cosmetologist to join our vibrant beauty team! Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Deliver a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox (Botulinum toxin), and laser treatments
- Conduct body waxing, hair threading, hair styling, hair extensions, and makeup application to meet client needs
- Manage client consultations to recommend suitable aesthetic procedures and skincare products
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health regulations during all treatments
- Utilize salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, client records, and retail sales tracking
- Engage in social media management to promote services and build client relationships through online platforms
- Assist with retail product demos and upselling to enhance client experience and increase revenue
- Provide excellent guest services by ensuring a welcoming environment and clear communication throughout each appointment
- Support front desk operations including appointment bookings, client check-in/out, and managing inquiries
Requirements
- Valid license or certification as a Cosmetologist, Esthetician, or Lash Technician with relevant state licensing requirements fulfilled
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in eyelash extensions, facial treatments, hair styling, and skincare procedures
- Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, Botox injections (including injection administration), chemical peels, laser treatments, and dermabrasion
- Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Experience in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols at all times
- Competence in retail sales techniques including product demos and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a professional attitude; ability to educate clients on treatment options and aftercare
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings or weekends as needed

Pay: $25.63 - $30.86 per hour
