We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a busy primary care/urgent care practice in Brooklyn, NY. This is a flexible opportunity offering both 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, with 1099 options available.
12-hour shifts available (preferred)
8-hour shifts also available

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
Provide urgent care and primary care services
Educate patients on health management and prevention
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) license – New York
1+ year of NP experience required
Experience in urgent care or primary care preferred
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and patient care approach
