Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ford Quick Lane Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform quick, efficient automotive repairs and maintenance services to keep our customers’ vehicles running smoothly. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and the continued success of our dealership.
Duties
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and brake inspections
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues accurately
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Assist with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
- Support sales efforts by recommending additional services or products when appropriate
- Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks required for vehicle servicing and maintenance
Qualifications
- Dealership experience or automotive repair background REQUIRED
- Proven mechanic experience with strong automotive diagnostics skills
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Experience performing oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work in a physically active environment
- Valid automotive service technician certification or equivalent is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
