Responsibilities
- Report directly to the First Vice President.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing facility.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules and duties.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and improve the quality of care provided to residents.
- Handle budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from residents or their families.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for staff.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three years of proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a nursing facility.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

Construction Project Manager Job Responsibilities
- Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.
- Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
- Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
- Act as a liaison between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Overseeing construction engineering processes.
- Reviewing materials and subcontractor procedures to ensure in compliance with industry standards.
- Ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Documenting processes and keeping detailed daily construction logs.
- Presenting construction project progress updates and costs reports to leadership.
- Manage and guide financial aspects of the General Contractors contract, and oversight of subcontractor contracts.
- Review and provide oversight of project billings, pay apps, change orders and purchasing.
- Cultivate and maintain working relationships with company, general contractor and subcontractors that lead to repeat partnership opportunities.
- Implement and manage quality control procedures.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and claims/risk avoidance.
- Assist the project team with site safety and site management documentation and coordination.
- Assist the project team with closeout of the project.
- Assist project accountant with monthly subcontractor billings and pay applications.
- Assist project manager with assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher degree.
- Must have a degree associated with civil engineering, M.E.P. construction management, or other construction and engineering related field of majors.
- Must have 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Must have on-construction-site management skills and experience.
- Must have experience in handling project (single) that is over $10 million in construction cost.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend plans and specifications.
- High proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other project management and/or construction management related software.
- Self-motivated, attention to detail, and result driven characteristics.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt and learn.
- Familiar with office routines and protocols.
- Must be resided locally in Las Vegas, Nevada and have reliable transportation.
