Director of Operations

We're looking for a hands-on Director of Operations to create the operational systems, processes, and accountability needed to support a growing, fast-paced business. This is an opportunity to work directly with ownership and lead meaningful organizational change.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily operations and production planning
- Build and standardize workflows, SOPs, and scheduling processes
- Improve efficiency through KPI tracking and performance management
- Optimize labor planning and resource allocation across multiple business channels
- Lead, coach, and hold teams accountable while fostering a positive culture
- Partner with leadership to drive continuous operational improvements
- Provide regular operational reporting and strategic recommendations
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of operations leadership experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proven success implementing operational systems, workflows, and KPIs
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Calm under pressure with exceptional organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

Location

This position requires an on-site presence and flexibility during peak seasonal periods.
Pay: $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
