We're looking for a hands-on Solar Electrician to join our growing team. This is a field role — boots on rooftops and in panels, not a crew lead position. You'll be doing the work, and we want someone who takes pride in that.
What You'll Be Doing
Installing and wiring residential and commercial solar PV systems
Running conduit, pulling wire, and making electrical connections on the DC and AC sides
Working alongside installation crews on both the roof and electrical portions of the job
Following NEC code and safety protocols on every job site
Troubleshooting and inspecting systems as needed
What We're Looking For
Electrical experience in the field — residential, commercial, or solar
Solar PV installation experience is a strong plus
Comfort working on rooftops and with roof-side solar components is a plus
Ability to read plans and wiring diagrams
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently when needed
