Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that foster early childhood development and literacy education.
- Provide attentive toddler care, ensuring safety, comfort, and engagement for each infant.
- Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills.
- Support early intervention strategies tailored to individual developmental needs, including special education considerations.
- Incorporate teaching physical education enhance motor skills and independence.
- Maintain detailed lesson planning records, progress notes, and standardized testing documentation to track each child's growth.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and welfare.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings, especially with infants and toddlers.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention practices.
- Background in curriculum development, literacy education, and classroom management strategies.
- Familiarity with special education needs and inclusive teaching practices is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and support staff.
- Prior experience in private school or Montessori environments is advantageous.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
