We are seeking experienced Tax Preparers and EROs who already have an existing client base or prior tax preparation experience and are looking to grow their own tax business with professional support, mentorship, and advanced resources.
This opportunity is designed for self-motivated professionals who understand that success in this role comes from building and maintaining their own client relationships.
Important: This is NOT an hourly or company-lead position. Applicants must be comfortable generating and servicing their own clients through networking, referrals, marketing, and business development efforts.

Training and onboarding are unpaid. Income is earned through tax preparation services and business growth during tax season and throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file accurate federal and state tax returns
- Maintain and grow your own client base
- Build long-term client relationships
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding tax documentation and filing requirements
- Ensure compliance with IRS and state tax regulations
- Utilize company-provided tax software and systems
- Identify tax-saving opportunities for clients
- For EROs: Recruit, train, and manage your own team of preparers
Qualifications
- Previous tax preparation experience REQUIRED
- Existing client base preferred
- ERO experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax filing processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter mentality
- Ability to work independently without relying on company-provided leads
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with tax software
