Strength Training changed my life 17 years ago. And over the past almost 11 years we've been in business, across our 4 locations, we've helped over 1,500 people change their life through Strength Training. And we're just getting started.

We want someone who will show up on time and get the job done the right way. Not looking to cut corners or do the bare minimum. Not someone looking to prove their worth or show off. Just someone willing to look at the work needed to get done, and get it done with skill and a good attitude.
You must adhere to our standards. Not sometimes. Not most of the time. All the time.
If you do, you're going to do amazing at Steel.
We are incredibly kind and warm and welcoming, but we don't play when it comes to the mission.
We serve our clients at the highest level. You must have personal training and strength training experience.
You must be able to deliver expert personal training, and you must be willing to do that according to the Steel Method which is the specific methodology I designed after 8 years in business and 10 years as a trainer.
You must also be excited about working with the every day population. We don't work with athletes. We work with every day men and women.
You must have a passion for helping every day people get lean, strong, and healthy so they can do the things they love with the people they love.
And that must show in your customer service.
You must be an expert personal trainer but that's not enough. You must also deliver excellent customer service. if our clients don't rave about you, we won't hire you.
