Description

American Traveler is hiring a night shift RN for an Emergency Department position at a Level 4 trauma facility in Kansas, requiring a minimum of 1 year of ED experience.

Details

Work in a 24-bed Emergency Department at a Level 4 trauma facility
Night shift schedule: 18:45–06:45
26-week contract

Requirements

Active RN license in Kansas or a Compact state currently in hand
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience required
Experience with the facility's designated EMR system required
DOB and SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

A De-escalation/Workplace Violence Prevention (DCI/BVP) certification is required and can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or the free CDC resource at cdc.gov/niosh/docs/2013-155/default.html
