Overview
Local moving company is looking for a quality sales representative. We're looking for someone who has some experience with sales both over the phone and in person, who will secure job bookings, and can take instructions.
Duties
- Over the phone sales (for potential moving clients)
- Scheduling jobs and estimates
- On-site estimates (that have been previously scheduled)
- Data Entry
- Problem Solving
Requirements
- Bilingual (English + Spanish)
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities for effective customer engagement
- Exceptional analysis skills for understanding customer requirements
- A proactive mindset with a passion for customer service, retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Ability to solve problems and curate solutions.
We will provide you with training on our systems and pricing, you will be responsible for receiving/making phone calls, speaking with clients, answering questions and booking jobs. We will also train you to do on-site estimates which would involve in person sales.
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
