Job Summary
Pay is hourly and based on experience and skill level.
We are looking for an experienced residential painter to join our team on a full-time, hourly basis. Our company renovates and flips houses, and we need someone who takes pride in their work and can consistently produce a high-quality, professional finish.
The ideal candidate should have experience with interior residential painting, including proper surface preparation, patching, sanding, caulking, cutting, rolling, and trim work. Applicants must have their own basic painting tools and equipment.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, works efficiently, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently to complete projects on schedule.
Experience with drywall repair, mudding/taping, carpentry, trim work, flooring, or other remodeling skills is a plus and may provide opportunities for additional responsibilities and work.
This is a full-time hourly position with steady work for the right person.

Responsibilities
- Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, spray equipment (including airless sprayers), and conventional spray methods with precision and efficiency
- Maintain a thorough understanding of safety regulations by adhering to safety protocol guidelines including respiratory protection and proper use of ladders and scaffolding at construction sites
- Conduct visual color comparisons and surface inspections to ensure color consistency and finish quality throughout the project

Skills
- Extensive residential painting experience with knowledge of surface preparation techniques specific to construction painting environments
- Proficiency in using hand tools (brushes, scrapers), power tools (airless sprayers, drills), and spray equipment for coating applications
- Strong understanding of color theory for achieving desired aesthetic effects in home interiors and exteriors
- Knowledge of safety regulations including respiratory protection protocols during spray painting operations
- Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating paint quantities efficiently
- Ability to work at heights using ladders safely while maintaining structural integrity during painting tasks
