Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial property location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access while maintaining accurate site access records.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns.

Support tenant, visitor, and contractor interactions at access points by providing directions, answering questions, and documenting security-related events according to site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
