Overview:
The Warranty Claims Specialist is responsible for managing warranty claims, equipment registrations, and rebate programs from start to finish while maintaining accurate documentation and records. This position serves as a key link between office administration, warehouse operations, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure warranty-related parts and equipment are properly tracked, returned, and processed.
This role is primarily administrative in nature but is based in a warehouse environment and requires regular interaction with inventory, equipment, and warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing office responsibilities with operational coordination to support the timely resolution of warranty and rebate claims.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?

Ensure all warranty claims are filed and follow each one through to completion.

File all warranty-related parts and service calls are properly registered with manufacturers (i.e. Lennox).

Coordinate with Warehouse team to locate and access returnable parts

Manage and track life cycle tracking of warranty parts and equipment

Use a clear tagging process with technician for parts and equipment

Locate, verify, and return warranty-related equipment (ie. thermostats and other required return items)

File, maintain and track rebates

Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:

Proficient computer skills

Experience with Microsoft Excel
