We are an established Burger King and Arby’s franchise organization seeking a proven multi-unit restaurant leader to join our leadership team.
This opportunity is ideal for a high-performing Director of Operations, Area Coach, District Manager, or multi-unit leader with a track record of operational excellence, strong financial performance, and successful people development.
We are looking for a leader who consistently delivers results, develops strong management teams, and drives business performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Multi-unit restaurant leadership experience required
- Burger King and/or Arby’s experience strongly preferred
- Proven success achieving operational metrics above franchise system averages
- Demonstrated ability to improve profitability, sales, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
- Successful track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining management talent
- Experience building succession plans and leadership bench strength
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop District Managers and General Managers
- Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction across all restaurants
- Improve financial performance and profitability
- Ensure execution of brand standards, food safety, and operational procedures
- Support implementation of new products, initiatives, and operational programs
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical, measurable solutions
- Build strong management teams and future leaders
