Estimated Annual Salary: $49,920 - $60,320 – Based on experience
Experience Required: 3+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
Anova Care is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee development initiatives. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and leadership while ensuring HR practices align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and company goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and retention efforts.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist with compliance efforts related to state, federal, CHAP, and Joint Commission requirements.
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate communication, interviews, and hiring processes.
- Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and improve recruitment strategies.
- Assist with employee orientation, training programs, and ongoing development initiatives.
- Maintain confidential employee files and ensure accurate HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with benefits coordination, employee concerns, and HR-related projects.
- Participate in community recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience required.
- Experience in healthcare, home health, hospice, or regulated industries preferred.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and employees.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred.
