The pay range listed varies based on pump experience.
Job Responsibilities
· Inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair a variety of fluid process equipment products.
· Complete service reports.
· Assemble units according to manufacturer specifications.
· Perform preventive/predictive maintenance procedures on equipment.
· Perform work in shop and field environments with the use of company tools, vehicles, and other resources.
· Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
· Test equipment performance to the manufacturer's specification.
· Clean, organize, and maintain workspace.
· Participate in continuous improvement through training and associate development.
· Assist with repairs and training.
· Maintain stock levels and order consumable items as needed.
· Oversee daily staff production.
· Generate purchase orders and maintain records.
· Monitor safe work practices of staff.
· Practice effective communication skills with staff and management
· Ensure the department is Audit-ready at all times.
· Verify staff paperwork is submitted in a timely manner.
· Must be available for after-hours emergency calls. (Company phone provided)
Qualifications
· Pump experience preferable.
· Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
· Must be at least 21 years old.
· Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
· High school diploma or GED equivalent.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Computer literacy is preferred.
· Strong work ethic.
· A degree of mechanical aptitude is preferred.
**Due to the safety-sensitive nature of this role, pump employees must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and are subject to random testing.**
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
