Title: Car Wash Manager
Position: The Car Wash Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Reign Car Wash site to include delivering an exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and creating a team environment that promotes engagement and living the Company values. The Car Wash Manager will be entrusted to oversee a team of 6-14 Car Wash Team members and ensuring the daily car wash operation runs efficiently while maintaining high standards to the overall appearance and cleanliness of the car wash facility and property.

Manages team of 6-14 Car Wash Attendants

Serve as a proactive leader of the site, evaluating opportunities and implementing company concepts as appropriate; manage daily car wash operations while demonstrating exceptional leadership attributes to include, building and maintaining trust within the Car Wash team by setting clear and measurable goals, holding self and team accountable, and communicating frequently and effectively.
- Provide daily coaching, training, and development of leaders and team members to create a talent pipeline for future internal promotions.
- Ensure personnel processes (hiring, training, team member evaluations, team member discipline and termination actions) are handled in a timely manner, and in accordance with company policies.

Drive memberships by ensuring a superior guest experience, encouraging guest loyalty, and exceeding Company expectations; Responsible for local marketing initiatives to drive sales and guest traffic into the site.

Effective P L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures; Achieve operational excellence, develop performance goals aligned with the Companys Operational objectives, deliver on financial goals (sales/expenses to budget, net profit), monitor inventory levels, controllable expenses, and gross profit margins to achieve maximum profitability.

Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the car wash by performing and delegating the cleaning of facility, equipment room, exterior grounds, and vacuum area; Ensures all equipment (Payment stations, wash equipment, vacuums) is kept operational.
- Review quality control, safety programs, and ensure other guidelines are in place to provide a safe working environment for all team members.

Handle guest complaints, team member conflicts, and daily operational opportunities in a timely manner with patience, dignity, respect, and a positive attitude.

High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience (Car Wash, QSR/Fast Food, and/or C-Store retail industries); Prior Car Wash experience preferred, but not required

Valid Drivers License in state of residence – Travel up to 10% for banking and to attend meetings

- Will be exposed to moderate to loud levels of noise on a consistent basis, such as those from machinery and general ambiance.

COMPUTER SKILLS – To perform this job successfully, an individual should have:
- Prior demonstrable experience operating a personal computer using Windows and Microsoft Office software
- Verifiable experience operating standard office equipment including copier/scanner/printer, walkie/talkie, soft/cell phone, etc.
HOURS OF WORK
- Extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in keeping with the schedule of the car wash facility.
