Summary
The Inbound Sales Representative is a crucial link between a company and its potential customers. The primary responsibility is to effectively communicate and promote products or services with potential clients who reach out to us, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions; all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
This position also offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth through effective customer engagement and relationship building in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
Training is 3 Weeks
Monday-Friday (9am-6pm EST)

Essential Functions
· Meet or exceed productivity goals established by the Client and Company
· Efficiently manage customer accounts and file records according to Company and Client work standards:
· Sell customers on new or enhanced services.
· Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service.
· Accurately and thoroughly update and document account notes.
· Quickly make knowledge-based decisions to resolve the related issues.
· Communicate professionally and appropriately with clients, consumers, co-workers, and management
· Maintain regular attendance and timeliness which are required due to the production-based nature of the business and client requirements
· Adhere to all Company and customer confidentiality and security policies and procedures
Requirements
· High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
