Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Key Holder to join our retail team! Duties
- Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
- Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and cash handling
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed product demos and upselling when appropriate
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly
- Conduct product presentations to educate customers about features and benefits
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and merchandising to optimize product visibility
Experience
- Prior supervising experience in a luxury retail store environment is highly preferred
- Strong familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cashiering procedures
- Proven ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, stock counts, and sales goals
- Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
- Experience in upselling and product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and inventory control techniques
