Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items to recipe and quality standards
- Maintain consistent portioning, plating, and presentation
- Complete prep tasks accurately and efficiently to support service
- Keep workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
