About the Role
As a Lead Metal Forming Specialist, you will play a critical role in our fabrication department by operating advanced press brake machinery to deliver high-precision components. You will leverage your technical expertise to optimize production workflows, ensure strict adherence to quality standards, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing output.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operation of various press brake systems, including Accurpress, Dener, and Toyokoki platforms.

Utilize precision measurement instruments to verify that all formed parts meet rigorous engineering specifications.

Drive quality assurance by documenting measurements and maintaining accurate production records throughout the fabrication process.

Manage inventory identification by labeling finished goods with essential shop order and part data to streamline downstream logistics.

Collaborate with production teams to coordinate job scheduling and resolve technical bottlenecks on the floor.

Maintain a high-standard, organized workstation to promote safety and operational excellence.

Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize required protective equipment to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications-
Proven experience operating and setting up industrial press brakes.

Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting complex technical drawings.

Advanced shop math skills for calculating bend deductions and material allowances.

Demonstrated ability in mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

Direct experience with the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) framework.

Familiarity with a wide range of press brake brands such as Mitsubishi, Amada, Cincinnati, and Bystronic.

Prior experience in a high-volume, precision metal fabrication setting.
