SPANISH SPEAKING CAREGIVER IN LAKE COUNTY
Job Summary:
At Compassionate Connections Home Care, we're dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care to our clients, and we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Spanish-speaking Caregiver to join our team in Eustis, FL. As a Caregiver with our agency, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, providing personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress notes and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, including engaging in recreational activities and outings
- Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to healthcare providers
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 0 years of experience; willingness to learn and grow with our agency
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish; proficiency in English a plus
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require standing, walking, bending, lifting, or transferring clients
- Trustworthy, caring, and empathetic individual with a passion for making a difference in people's lives
