- Fully participate in our comprehensive training program with a strong desire to learn
- Learn our products, sales process, and customer education approach
- Develop the ability to train and mentor others once fully trained
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members
- Solve problems and represent the Dr. Roof brand with professionalism
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliable
- Competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Reliable transportation required
