At Seasons Olive Oil & Vinegar, we are more than just a gourmet food store—we’re a destination for culinary exploration. As a family-owned business since 2009, we specialize in offering the finest extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars from around the world. With over 60 varieties, plus a curated selection of sea salts, small-batch pastas, spices, and gourmet foods, our customers come for the experience and leave with flavors that elevate their cooking. We have three stores in Annapolis, MD; Bethlehem, PA; and Lancaster, PA
Position: Part-Time Sales Associate (Lancaster, PA)
Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays are requiered (up to 20 hours per week), including some holidays.

If so, we want you to join our Lancaster team! We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Seasonal Sales Associate who can help create memorable experiences for our customers, from their first taste to their final purchase.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a Culinary Guide: Learn all about our premium EVOO, balsamic vinegars, and gourmet products to educate and inspire customers.
- Build Relationships: Foster connections with local customers, making Seasons their go-to for kitchen essentials and unique flavors.
- Sales & Service: Process transactions with ease—whether it’s a purchase, return, or enrollment in our loyalty program, you’ll make every step seamless.
- Customer Engagement: Welcome every customer with respect and enthusiasm, ensuring they leave with products—and knowledge—that will enhance their culinary life.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store organized, clean, and inviting for every guest.
What We’re Looking For in You:
- A love for food and cooking—especially olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Someone who enjoys interacting with customers and sharing culinary knowledge.
- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work Fridays through Sundays.
- Enthusiasm to learn new products, trends, and ideas.
- Honesty, efficiency, and dependability.
- Previous experience in food retail or customer service is a plus, but passion and willingness to learn are key.

Compensation: Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience.
