Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a dependable, entry-level Data Entry Specialist to join our growing process serving company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys routine work, has excellent typing skills, and takes pride in accuracy.
This is a highly repetitive position. You will be entering similar information throughout the day, so if you enjoy variety and constant change, this may not be the right fit. However, if you thrive in a structured environment and can maintain speed and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Enter case information accurately into our database.
- Review data for spelling, formatting, and completeness.
- Verify information before submitting entries.
- Maintain consistent productivity while meeting accuracy standards.
- Follow established procedures and company guidelines.
- Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks.
- Highly reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar programs.
- No experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
