Qualifications:
- Prior experience in pet grooming
- Comprehensive understanding of diverse breeds and their grooming needs
- Proficiency in managing animals of varying sizes and dispositions
- Strong communication abilities and a knack for teamwork
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to precision
- Physical endurance for extended periods of standing and lifting
Salary: Your compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Commissions up to 40% plus 100% of the tips.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proficiency in grooming all breeds of dogs, with a bonus if you have experience with cats as well!
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on pet grooming experience or certification from an accredited Pet Grooming School
- Passionate about animals, possessing energy, ambition, and a friendly demeanor
- Strong team player with excellent people skills and reliability
- Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English required, and fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
