Position: Experienced Carpenter / General Laborer
Responsibilities:
1. Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installing windows and doors, trim work, and other related duties.
2. Execute drywall installation, taping, mudding, and finishing to ensure smooth and seamless surfaces.
3. Conduct painting tasks including surface preparation, priming, and applying coats for a professional finish.
4. Install various types of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl.
5. Assist with general labor tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
6. Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
7. Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on schedule.
8. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a carpenter with proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools.
2. Experience with drywall installation, taping, mudding, and finishing.
3. Proficiency in painting techniques and surface preparation.
4. Familiarity with various flooring materials and installation methods.
5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
6. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
7. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
8. Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them.
9. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
