Qualifications
- Proven Retail Management Experience: Demonstrate a successful track record in managing a retail store, achieving sales goals, and leading a high-performing store.

- Sales Superstar: Possess exceptional sales skills with a passion for sharing your knowledge and mentoring others to become sales champions.
- Previous Retail Mattress or Furniture Sales preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and desire to grow and get better.
- Basic computer proficiency
- High School Diploma or equivalent
