Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (High-Volume)
Location: Orange, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 3–4 Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: $23–$24/hour (W2)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support a high-volume hiring season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains exceptional accuracy, and can efficiently manage large volumes of employee data without becoming overwhelmed.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transfer employee information from an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) into PeopleSoft.
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify data for completeness and correct any discrepancies.
- Ensure employee records are entered promptly to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Prioritize multiple requests and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring deadlines during peak recruitment periods.
Qualifications
- Previous high-volume data entry experience required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and typing skills.
- Experience working with HR systems, ATS platforms, or PeopleSoft is a plus.
- Ability to remain organized, focused, and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and the ability to handle shifting priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
