We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our home health team on a part-time or full-time basis, serving greater Indianapolis and surrounding counties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver personalized nursing care in patients' homes, ensuring optimal health outcomes through skilled assessments, treatment plans, and patient education. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community-based healthcare.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Active Indiana RN license
- 2+ years nursing experience
- In-person CPR certification via American Red Cross or Heart Association (can be provided onsite if needed, at cost)
- TB test within past 12 months (can be provided onsite if needed, at cost)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and registration
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Home Health experience
- OASIS documentation experience
- Experience using AXXESS EMR
- Strong technology skills; proficiency with Apple devices and applications
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday (weekend availability)
- Part-Time: 16 - 29 visits per week
- Full-Time: 30 - 35 visits per week
Pay & Bonus:
- $95 per visit – Start of Care (SOC)
- $65 per visit – Evaluation, Recertification, Resumption of Care, Discharge (in-person)
- $55 per visit – Skilled Nursing or Transfer Visit (in-person)
- Bonus eligibility for Full-Time employees after 90 days (terms apply)
