Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of related sales or business development experience
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure business environments
Preferred:
- Experience in complex, solutions-based selling within OEM markets
- Seal or related industrial product knowledge
- Demonstrated technical aptitude
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
This role is primarily office and field based environments. Physical requirements, to perform the essential job functions include:
- Approximately 50 – 75% travel required (day trips and overnight stays)
- Regularly required to sit, stand, talk, and hear
- Ability to present to customer groups and leadership teams
