Zeke’s Roofing is looking for a proven, numbers-driven Digital Marketing & Paid Media Manager to join our team full-time.
This is not an entry-level marketing position and it is not simply a social media posting role.
We are looking for someone who has successfully managed real advertising budgets, generated measurable leads and revenue, and can clearly explain what is working, what isn't, and where our marketing dollars should be going.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Manage and optimize Google Ads PPC campaigns
- Manage Google Performance Max (PMax) campaigns
- Build, manage, and optimize Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Create and manage organic Facebook and social media posts
- Monitor lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue
- Track advertising spend all the way through to actual sales
- Understand and accurately calculate ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Report marketing performance and ROAS to management multiple times per week
- Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and make adjustments
- Develop new campaigns, audiences, offers, landing page strategies, and creative concepts
- Work with our sales and management teams to understand lead quality and closed revenue
- Track marketing performance by campaign, platform, geography, and lead source
- Help improve our overall digital presence and local market awareness
- Stay current on changes to Google Ads, Meta Ads, targeting, attribution, and digital marketing best practices
What We're Looking For
You must have a proven track record with:
- Google PPC
- Google Performance Max
- Meta/Facebook Ads
- Facebook and social media marketing
- Lead generation campaigns
- Conversion tracking
- Google Analytics and/or similar analytics platforms
- Understanding cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and ROAS
- Managing and optimizing meaningful monthly advertising budgets
We want someone who understands that marketing isn't about clicks, impressions, or making a report look good.
The goal is profitable revenue.
You should be able to sit down with management several times per week and clearly answer:
- How much did we spend?
- How many leads did we generate?
- What did each lead cost?
- How many turned into appointments and sales?
- How much revenue did we generate?
- What is our ROAS?
- Which campaigns should we increase?
- Which campaigns need to be changed or shut down?

Roofing / Home Services Experience
Experience marketing for roofing, HVAC, plumbing, windows, solar, remodeling, real estate, or another home service business is strongly preferred.
Understanding local lead generation and how to turn advertising dollars into booked appointments and closed sales is a major advantage.
