Clean Valley Water is a local Central Valley water filtration company looking for hungry, hardworking Sales Reps and Appointment Setters who want to light the sales spark and build a real career — not just clock in for a paycheck.
We reward top performers because we want the best of the best, and we're willing to pay for it. There is NO cap on commission. The sky is the limit here.
What You'll Do
- Sell door-to-door and run in-home presentations for homeowners
- Work inside leads and warm leads to close new and existing business
- Follow up with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Represent Clean Valley Water professionally in every interaction

What We're Looking For
- Must be comfortable selling door-to-door and presenting to homeowners — this is non-negotiable
- Willingness to sell inside leads as well as go knock doors
- A professional, presentable appearance
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- The confidence to take initiative and direct a customer conversation
- Desire, discipline, and dedication — we'll teach you the rest, but we can't teach hustle
- An entrepreneurial mindset — we're a small local company, and we need people who treat this like their own business
Preferred (Nice to Have, Not Required)
- Sales or customer service experience with a track record of hitting high volume and keeping customers happy
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline- and detail-oriented
