PROPRE PRESS is a premium residential and light commercial cleaning company currently building out our client base. Though hours will start part-time and flexible, volume is expected to increase steadily in the coming months — a great opportunity to grow with us as we scale. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties and light commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
- Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure effective cleaning while protecting surfaces
- Conduct floor cleaning and care, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing, to keep surfaces pristine.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction during each visit.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition.
- Travel independently between job sites throughout the day.
Requirements
- Own reliable transportation (jobs scattered across the Greater Eastside — no company vehicle provided).
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable with repetitive bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required — training provided.

- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Smartphone access for scheduling and communication.
Schedule
- Part-time/on-call to start, with hours increasing as we take on more clients.
- Weekday availability preferred; weekend availability not required, but flexibility is a plus.
Compensation & benefits:
- $27–$32/hour
- All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
- Travel mileage reimbursed at $0.76/mile
- $50/week stipend for food/groceries

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
