Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Field Trainer to join our team and help shape the future of our workforce. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering impactful training programs that empower employees and elevate organizational performance. You’ll work closely with the Director of Training and Development and will be assisting with training team members in all 22 of our locations.
We operate in 6 different states, traveling for long durations is required.

Training pay begins at $12.00
Background in the food industry is required.
Pay: $36,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
